Conservation area housing development in kislingbury
The project started with a house on an acre of land. Planning was granted for 4 further houses to be built. The plans and designs were put together to create a private cul-de-sac within a conservation area within the village.
The houses designed are all individual with two of the properties built in Iron Stone to blend in with the surroundings and the other 2 houses are built in Old English bricks to also keep in with the local surroundings. Slates were used on the roofs of all 4 houses. All building materials used had to be within the conservation requirements and they were all high quality materials.
The entire build was project managed and built from start to finish by Arc Construction. Using our highly skilled and selected tradesman and working very closely with our clients. We also extended and refurbished the original property on the land which required a careful design and build to compliment the new properties built around it.
The design and layout of each home had substantial gardens and surrounding area around them to give each property a feeling of space, but always keeping within the guidelines of the conservation area.
