Timber frame extension perfect for limited access

This extension was built using a timber frame as there was a lack of access to the rear of the property.

We used a pad foundation and steel ring with a flange to carry engineering bricks up to finish floor level.

Insulation between the timber frame plus external insulation with a silicone render system.

We finished the internals with a handmade kitchen, tiled floors throughout, a brick slip pier and feature walls.
