A 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom unique property in Boughton Village

After building up a successful working relationship with our previous clients, we are now building 2 further property’s for them.

Boughton Village is an exclusive area with many beautiful houses so it gave us an opportunity to work alongside the current look of other houses whilst giving it our own unique detailing to hopefully make it stand out. The original house was demolished within a large plot of land allowing for the development to begin.

The bespoke designed New Build is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom with a hand made bespoke kitchen and many grand and unique features including build in brick with cast stone features. Arc Constuction project managed and built this beautiful home from demolition to the landscaping of gardens and even the installation of the electric gated in and out driveway. Upon completion all the customer had to do was move in, everything else was taken care of by ourselves.
