Converting a fire damaged barn into 5 high spec offices

We were contacted by a local developer looking for a company to convert a burnt out barn into commercial offices. The original structure was completely fire damaged making the build difficult but certainly nothing that could overawe our team.

In total we would create 5 offices all to a high specification including feature windows and each has toilet and kitchen facilities. We also tried to maintain the original features where possible within the build including replacing the damaged structure with Handmade timber trusses and doff cleaned stone.

The finished building has plenty of character and a story to tell meaning the new occupants have a ‘wow’ factor which their own clients are already remarking on. This very difficult project was finished on time and on budget.
